AZ3INT is an extra-low voltage drive designed for the control of AC/DC brushless motors and DC motors. The high versatility of this product is demonstrated by the various position feedbacks available (sensorless, Hall, incremental encoders, Absolute encoders), the different kind of inputs (analog, digital and frequency) and outputs (digital, power PWM) and the communication interfaces (CAN, Modbus); furthermore it is available in both integrated and stand-alone versions. The drive can also control and can manage an electromechanical brake or a braking resistor without relay/contactor.
It is a very flexible and compact drive, usable both for new application than for replacement of older devices. It is ideal for extra-low voltage and battery powered applications involving the use of brushless motors (AC or DC): farm automation robots, floor grinder machines, portable tapping machiens, domotics applications are only few examples. It can be adapted both to harsh environment use thanks to the Hall position feedback than to high precision automation contexts, because of the CANopen support, absolute encoders and auxiliary I/Os.
